2004 - PES performs a feasibility assessment on 1.5MW PV project
the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of greater Chicago
PES was awarded a contract after a competitive bid process to study
the operational, technical and economic feasibility of installing
1.5 MW of PV at the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater
Chicago's Calumet Facility. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District
of Greater Chicago is proactively seeking to decrease its reliability
on the grid, hedge against future energy price increases, and help
support clean, renewable energy.
